A custom-written and recorded song (maybe even a love song or a sexy song?) from Wil Seabrook

Wil Seabrook is a guy from my high school who has always been super talented. Back in school, my friends and I thought that he sounded like Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam though he’s really come into his own since then and has developed a striking voice. He does great covers (my favorite was a cover of Sweet Jane that he did at an Earth Day celebration during my senior/his junior year) and he is very talented at writing original songs. He tends to self-finance his work (given that corporate funded music often sounds, well, "corporate") and, as such, he has recently offered to write original songs for people as a means of raising funds for a new project. I think it’s a great idea (imagine a song just for you to work out to, or just about you and your partner, or your family/kids) and wanted to share it with all of you. "So I love writing music more than anything. Seriously. More than eating or sleeping or going for a run or watching a game on TV or traveling to a new country or eating sushi (and I REALLY like sushi). And I’m raising money right now to get my career jump started again and it occurred to me that some of you fine folks might need a song or two in your life. I’ve done this a couple of times before and people have loved it and I’ve had a great time doing it. It was, as they say, a successful action. So I wanted to offer my songwriting services to you. Maybe you have an anniversary coming up and you really want to knock his or her socks off. Maybe you have a new love that needs to understand you just ain’t messing around and he/she is the one, baby. Maybe you need a motivational song to get yourself out of bed in the morning, along the lines of "I am supreme ruler of the universe, so get used to it, people".

Bottom line, you give me an idea of what you want the song to be about and I professionally record guitar, piano, vocals, etc. and you get a finished product that sounds like a really great, really cool pop song that you might hear on your favorite radio station as opposed to something that sounds like a Casio keyboard demo. You are paying for QUALITY here, quality of communication. You’ll be helping me and I’ll be giving you something you literally can’t get anywhere else. Plus you’ll be letting me spend my time doing something I absolutely love to do, and that is perhaps the best gift of all.
