Quick! Playboy Redux Original Art For Sale
August 27th, 2010 | By Dr. Debby Herbenick
The Rotofugi Gallery has just placed artwork for sale (well, for preview request for sale) from the Playboy Redux: Contemporary Artists Interpret the Iconic Playboy Bunny exhibit. I first saw the exhibit earlier this summer in Pittsburgh at the Andy Warhol Museum when I was in town to speak at the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists annual meeting. They had a special reception for our group at the museum and some of the images were lovely. Check out the preview, featuring works by Ken Keirns, Hiroki Otsuka, Ain Cocke, Tara McPherson, Shag Agle and others – and let me know if you buy any of the pieces. Personally, I love the one by Glenn Barr but at $8,000 it’s out of my price range. There are many more affordable pieces though.
