To think that, until recently, anyone who wanted to could get married over and over again, or discard one spouse for another, or marry in a heartbeat after a brief courtship just because they were born with different chromosomes and genitals? Whether or not they stand the test of the time, I think few would doubt that they are in love and that this is a wonderful celebration of their commitment and life together:

Or at least for making fun of traditional gender roles where women slave away cooking meals that make their husbands go "wow". 

P.S. I don’t actually watch TV (except Lost and things I can catch on the internet) but basically what I am gathering from these tv advertisements is that they must be contributing at least somewhat to American’s generally unhealthy eating patterns. Where are the fresh foods? What about the fruits and veggies? Whole grains?
