Off topic: I want a dog

Lately I’ve been wishing I had a dog. Last week I was very pug-focused. Then I realized that as much as I’d like to take a dog running in the woods and playing frisbee in the park, a pug may not be the right dog for me as they like to sleep 14 hours and have short legs. A springy, lab-like mutt from the pound may be a better choice. Today while I was out running errands, I stopped by a pet store who works with kind breeders and families to find homes for sweet little puppies and kitties. Take a look at the dogs I fell in love with – first and foremost, this maltese who was really hyper and jumping up and down for attention:
