Does this mean that Starwood and Hilton haven’t signed on?

According to this report about efforts to stop the child sex trade (seriously, forget about your premature ejaculation or orgasm problems for two minutes and read the full artilce here), there have been attempts to get large tourism companies – like hotel chains – to sign onto a

It says:

"The World Tourism Organization, ECPAT and Nordic tour operators created a global code of conduct in 1999 to protect children from sexual exploitation. To date, 600 travel companies from 23 countries have signed it. What’s more, many governments are implementing a national awareness campaign to educate people about the issue. Air France, for example, shows inflight videos about sex tourism. Travellers can help by asking a hotel or a tour company you’re considering using if they have signed the code. Smolenski admits it has been "incredibly hard" to get some companies to sign and notes that the only big tourism industry corporation to sign so far is Carlson Hotels, which operates Radisson, Park Plaza and Country Inn & Suites."

Does that mean that Starwood Properties – with whom I love accumulating Starwood points – has not signed on? What about my 1st runner up, the Hilton properties? What about my 2nd runner up, Kimpton Hotels (which would be higher up the list if they had more locations, like Starwood, in places I like to travel)?

Sigh.
