Orgasm & pleasure are what exactly?

As scientists, we still have MANY questions about female orgasm - in fact, the mysteries are nowhere even close to being solved. Only in recent years, for example, have we been looking further into and learning about the size of the clitoris, the nerves related to orgasm, chemical releases around the time of orgasm and how exactly it is that feelings are related to the experience (or likelihood) of orgasm.
